Owner: Nathanael Ulrich Siewe Kamani

Germany
E-mail: info@nk-automations.com

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as there is no legal obligation to do so.
2. Overview
This is a static website. There are no user accounts, no newsletter, no analytics or marketing services and no embedded third-party content (such as maps, videos or social media plugins). Fonts are loaded from our own server; visiting the website does not create a connection to Google or any other font provider.
We only process personal data
- when you visit the website (technically necessary server log data, section 3), and
- when you contact us via the contact form, by e-mail or by phone (sections 4 and 5).
3. Hosting and server log data
This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
When you visit the website, technically necessary data automatically transmitted by your browser is processed:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- requested page or file
- amount of data transferred and status code
- browser type and version, operating system
- referrer URL (previously visited page)
This data is required to deliver the website, to ensure its stability and security and to defend against attacks (e.g. DDoS). It is not combined with other data sources.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable provision of the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Cloudflare pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Cloudflare may also process data in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR) and, in addition, standard contractual clauses. More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
4. Contact form
If you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you enter: name, e-mail address, message and – optionally – company and phone number.
This data is used exclusively to handle your enquiry. The form is processed by a server function at Cloudflare (see section 3) and forwarded as an e-mail to our mailbox. To send this e-mail, we use the service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France). Brevo processes the data in the EU on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). The form content is not stored on the website itself.
To protect against spam, the form contains a field that is invisible to humans and checks the time taken to fill it in. No cookies are set and no third-party services are used for this.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
5. Contact by e-mail or phone
If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of your enquiry) in order to handle your request. Our e-mail mailbox is operated by Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland) under a data processing agreement.
Legal basis: as in section 4.
6. Storage period
Server log data is stored by Cloudflare only for as long as necessary for operation and security. We delete enquiries and related correspondence once your request has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply (in particular § 257 HGB and § 147 AO of German law: six or ten years for business letters and tax-relevant documents).
7. Cookies
We do not set cookies and do not use tracking technologies. In individual cases, Cloudflare may set technically necessary security cookies to detect automated attacks. These are strictly necessary for the secure provision of the website (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG) and contain no advertising or profiling information.
8. Your rights
Within the scope of the law, you have the right to
- access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
A message to info@nk-automations.com is sufficient.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority is:
Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen
Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany
www.ldi.nrw.de
10. Encryption
This website is delivered exclusively via an encrypted connection (TLS/HTTPS). Data you send via the contact form therefore cannot be read by third parties.
11. Administration area
The /admin/ area is used exclusively by us to maintain the website content. It has no function for website visitors and is only used when the operator logs in.
